California Student Opportunity and Access Program (Cal-SOAP)
Santa Barbara Cal-SOAP is dedicated to increasing the accessibility of higher education opportunities for low-income, first-generation and/or underrepresented Junior High and High School students in Santa Barbara, Goleta and Carpinteria.
Cal-SOAP is committed to advising, informing and exposing students and their families to financial aid, scholarships and other academic resources to help them succeed.
Services may include:
- Financial aid workshops
- Advising
- Tutoring
- Campus visits
- Test preparation
Santa Barbara Cal-SOAP has been a part of CommUnify since 2011 and is continuously funded by the California Student Aid Commission.
