The Family Self-Sufficiency Program provides intensive case management and financial literacy coaching to highly motivated, low-income individuals and families striving to achieve self-sufficiency. Program participants receive support to overcome barriers in three key areas: education, housing, and employment.
Education goals of completing a degree or job training certification allow participants to secure employment or increase their earning potential. Case management and financial coaching help participants access resources to secure stable, affordable housing, childcare, food security, healthcare, and reliable transportation. The goal of the program is for these individuals and families to become economically independent.
